Rates

Anita Retreat offers flexible booking options to suit your schedule:

• Nightly Rate: Weekends $800 up to eight guests. Additional $100 per person for groups exceeding eight to a maximum of 14. Weekdays $650 up to 6 guests. Additional $100 per person above 6 people for groups exceeding six to a maximum of 14.
• Taxes: All rates are subject to HST.
• A $339 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking
• Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit by Credit Card is required 2 days Prior to arrival
• Cleaning Fee: None.
• Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Monday Check-In: 10:00 am
  • Thursday Check-Out: 11:00 am
  • Thursday Check-In: 4:00 pm
  • Sunday Check-Out: 4:00 pm **Please Note Renter Form states Sun checkout is 11am by default. This is incorrect. Actual time is 4PM ** (Developer has no fix for this currently)
• Weekly Availability: Enjoy a $300 credit when booking a full week.
  • Weekly Check-In: Monday 3:00 pm 
  • Weekly Check-Out: Sunday 4:00 pm
• Minimum Stay: Three-night minimum stay
• Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Payment Options: by e-transfer to info@anitaretreat.com
• Credit Card payments will be accepted with a 3% fee added to the invoice total
• Credit card details: Will be required for the security of the property based on paragraphs 8,10,12 and 13 of the Terms and Conditions page
• Anitaretreat reserves the right to adjust rates per night or stay based on current conditions up to 30 days from commencement of stay.
• Special Requests: Looking for something different? Reach out to us to custom book by group sizes or stays. We are as flexible as we can be and will work with you to create a stay that meets your needs!
• We have a catering and a Private chef option if you wish to be totally pampered for your stay. Ask us for details

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
